Spa Information :
Children under 16 years are accommodated free of charge in their parents′room and they have breakfast without extra (base 2 children).

Attention: as in every Thalassa spa, short stays only contain hydrotherapy and seaweed therapy care.
No Jacuzzi, nor free shuttle between the station or the airport and the spa, and taxis are expensive.

The spa benefits from a very pleasant environment, and most of the time from a mild weather privileged in the Atlantic Ocean.

The place : The island of Oléron is the most Southern and sunniest island on the French Atlantic coast. Smells of mimosas and mauve carnations will delight your senses at flowering time. Discovering the local architecture and walking in the 4 900 acres of forest which surround the spa will completely change your scenery. Hotels and residences : Hotel "Novotel"
The Novotel hotel features 80 air-conditioned rooms all endowed with a balcony or with a terrace and is attached to the spa and thalassotherapy centre. Rooms are equipped with a hairdryer, radio, mini-bar, telephone, satellite television. Rooms have a sea or forest view.

There is a children club inside the hotel open during the school holidays of the Regional education authority of Paris, and baby-sitter services are available as an extra.

Restaurants : Restaurant "Le Pertuis"
The restaurant " Le Pertuis ", is located in front of the sea, and proposes a traditional cooking mostly made of seafood, or dietary cooking (in full board only). Seafood buffet on Friday evening.

Sports et leisures : There are numerous activities to be practised!

You can freely access to the swimming pool of sea water, sauna, hammam, private solarium, library during your spa holiday at Oléron.
Other activities are possible: dynamic walk in forest, stomach exercises, body-building, cardio-respiratory training, aquaerobics, swimming pool aqua tonic / aqua gym, yoga, aquastretching, Swimmings with flippers, body care, face-care, care for men, hair care.

Tennis and bike, golf 9 mi away from the spa, horse riding 1,86 mi, sailing 2,5 mi (in season), windsurfing 2,5 mi (in season), sea kayak 2,5 mi (in season), fishing (in season), cinemas open all year long in St Pierre-Oléron (9 mi) and in July / August in St Trojan (1,86 mi). Do not miss the Old Port, the city hall as well as La Rochelle 40 mi away, The Abbaye aux Dames and the Cathedral of Saintes 40 mi, the royal rope factory, museum of Rochefort 15 mi.
